13 years ago this little family moved to Spain. We had never been in this particular area before, but were looking for a bit of adventure and rented a house in a tiny village, Nájara, in the Cádiz province. 9 months later we bought a small run-down bar in the village, Patría, with a stunning view and fixed it up. In June 2006 we opened Restaurante Patría. On PatríaBlog you can read about our lives here in Spain, our work, the area, to be a Dane in Spain;-) spiced up with some recipes from our restaurant…. – and about our new business adventure: PatríaPura!! In 2016, longing for some more refreshing drinks in the hot summer time, we started to make our own lemonades of lemons from our neighbors. In the beginning it was only for personal use, but later we started serving it to our guests. The demand grew and we began to bottle the drink, now with 5 different flavors. In February 2018 we official opened up for selling to other businesses from our lemonade factory, situated in Vejer de la Frontera.
Take a look; we hope you will enjoy it…
Welcome & enjoy!
